UniverCell develops and produces electrodes and battery cells on lithium-ion technology in Germany and operates one of the largest electrode and cell production facilities in Europe fpr innovative premium applications. With everything we do, we make sustainable energy usable and develop highest-quality energy storage systems with innovative technology and maximum performance. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

• Responsibility for the complete document supply chain - obtaining quotations, executing purchase orders as well as checking order confirmations and incoming goods, quantity planning and maintaining the inventory control list
• Purchasing planning in consultation with the technical sales department, including price negotiations with suppliers
• Internal contact person for company-related purchasing
• Consistent deadline tracking of orders
• Returns and complaints processing
• Control of delivery notes
• Carrying out all basic accounting tasks
• Preparation of evaluations, inventory controls, error analyses
• Invoice verification & dunning (by proxy)
• Taking over mail management (sorting, distributing, preparing outgoing mail, etc.)
• Responsibility & monitoring of the office material stock
• Further development of office management and its organization and processes

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the field of accounting or purchasing
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Hands on" mentality
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Knowledge in the use of ERP systems
