HR Representative (m/f/d)

UniverCell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

• Active participation in the design and implementation of measures in the areas of health, safety, fire and environmental protection. Optimization of working conditions and production processes through direct involvement in the planning, design and maintenance of plant, machinery and equipment. Designing workplaces, introducing new work processes and implementing personal protective equipment
• Observations and documentation, as well as derivation and implementation of activities to comply with applicable laws, ordinances and regulations on health, safety, fire and environmental protection
• Investigation and evaluation of accidents, incidents and hazardous situations, as well as participation in the preparation of risk assessments
• Planning and implementation of general training and instruction in the field of health, safety and environmental protection
• Preparing information and training documents for managers. Cooperation with authorities, insurance companies, company doctor, internal and external consultants, etc.
• Helping to set up and implement a sustainable occupational health and safety management system

• Degree from a university of applied sciences in a scientific/technical field with further training in occupational science; proof of expertise and specialist knowledge in accordance with legal and trade association requirements as well as documented specialist further training;
• Several years of experience in health and safety at work or fire and environmental protection in a manufacturing company;
• Specialist engineer for occupational safety, fire protection and health protection:
• Knowledge of health, occupational safety, fire and environmental protection legislation.
