HSE-Manager (m/f/d)

UniverCell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. • Active participation in the design of health, safety, fire and environmental protection measures for the continuous optimization of working conditions, production processes and the design of safe and efficient workplaces
• Introducing new work processes and protective equipment
• Planning, documentation and implementation of measures to comply with legal regulations and internal standards
• Analyzing accidents and hazards and supporting the creation of risk assessments
• Planning and carrying out training and instruction
• Preparation of information and training documents for managers as well as documentation & maintenance of relevant directories
• Working closely with managers, authorities, the company doctor and internal and external consultants
• Contributing to the development of a sustainable occupational health and safety management system

• Degree from a university of applied sciences in a scientific/technical field with further training in occupational science
• Proof of expertise and specialist knowledge in accordance with legal and trade association requirements as well as documented specialist further training
• Several years of experience in health and safety at work or fire and environmental protection in a manufacturing company
• Ideally, a qualification as a Specialist engineer for occupational safety, fire protection and health protection is also available
• Very good knowledge of the relevant legal regulations in the field of health, safety, fire and environmental protection
