Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

UniverCell develops and produces electrodes and battery cells on lithium-ion technology in Germany and operates one of the largest electrode and cell production facilities in Europe fpr innovative premium applications. With everything we do, we make sustainable energy usable and develop highest-quality energy storage systems with innovative technology and maximum performance. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

• Conception, implementation and management of online marketing projects
• Independent and creative planning as well as implementation of UniverCell's social media strategy
• Formulating creative and engaging copy for websites, social media, press, campaigns, case studies, company presentations
• Creation of graphic content and related texts for storytelling purposes
• Content preparation for events, e.g. creation of presentations
• Possible on-site support of some events
• Development of marketing tools together with the team
• Development, planning and implementation of other agile projects
• Direct coordination of marketing activities with team and executive management
• Support in the implementation of employer branding measures (interface with HR department)

• Completed studies with a focus on marketing or comparable training
• Several years of experience in marketing
• You have already designed projects independently and driven them forward in a structured manner
• An independent, careful , and solution-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
• You enjoy entrepreneurial thinking and have outstanding organizational skills
• Good project management skills and time management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as cross-functional thinking
• Fluent German and English
