UniverCell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. With everything we do, we make sustainable energy usable and develop highest-quality energy storage systems with innovative technology and maximum performance. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the development, implementation and management of online marketing projects
- Independent and creative planning as well as implementation of UniverCell’s social media strategy in conjunction with our freelancers
- Independent development, planning and organization of events, trade fairs and congresses
- Preparation of content for events, e.g. creation of presentations or logistic implementation
- Possible on-site support of some events
- Development of marketing materials together with the team
- External communications with customers in connection with lead qualification (live chat and discovery calls)
- Implementing innovative technology and CRM automation to create personalized and digital customer engagement models
- Developing, planning and implementing other agile projects
- Direct coordination of marketing efforts with team and executive leadership
- Supporting the implementation of employer branding measures (interface with HR department)
- Overview and handling of contract management
Your skills
- Degree in marketing or comparable educational background
- Initial practical experience in marketing
- You have already designed projects independently and driven them forward in a structured manner
- An independent, careful and solution-oriented approach to your work goes without saying for you
- You enjoy entrepreneurial thinking and have excellent organizational skills
- Good project and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as cross-functional thinking
- Fluent in German and English
