Do you want to go beyond simply managing customer relationships and actively develop them further? As a Strategic Technical Account Manager, you identify technical potential, integrate it purposefully into the collaboration with customers, and jointly develop existing projects. Please note this job requires you to be on site and is not a remote job!
UniverCell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. With everything we do, we make sustainable energy usable and develop highest-quality energy storage systems with innovative technology and maximum performance. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.
Your responsibilities
- Provide technically sound support to existing customers and drive the strategic development of the collaboration
- Identify new project and revenue opportunities, e.g. for follow-up products or additional applications
- Ensure technical communication with internal specialist departments
- Serve as the central point of contact for technical and commercial inquiries on the customer side
- Coordinate closely with internal project management to implement individual customer requirements
Your skills
- A degree in chemistry, business chemistry, engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Strong customer orientation, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to customers
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and organizational talent
- A high level of independence, fluent in both German and English
- Must-have: Enjoy working with customers and on projects – recent graduates are very welcome
- Nice-to-have: Experience in technical customer support, project work, or roles close to key account management
