UniverCell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. With everything we do, we make sustainable energy usable and develop highest-quality energy storage systems with innovative technology and maximum performance. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.
Your responsibilities
• Organization of the execution of production orders for electrode production according to specifications from production planning
• Technical and disciplinary management of the employees in the area
• Monitoring of inventories for all necessary raw materials and consumables in the area, as well as triggering of necessary requirement notifications and orders in coordination with logistics and purchasing
• Participation and management of projects for production expansion and continuous process improvement
• Responsibility for quality results, analysis of defects and implementation of necessary corrective actions
• Responsibility for the implementation of and compliance with all relevant occupational safety and hazardous materials regulations in the area of responsibility
Your skills
• Education in a technical field or from a print related field preferably in chemical processes and products.
• Experience with leading and developing production teams
• You enjoy entrepreneurial thinking and have excellent organizational skills, as well as good time management and are an organizational talent
• Knowledge of operating and monitoring a variety of production equipment
• Knowledge and experience in analyzing process results and production data
• Solid user skills with common office software and ERP systems
