In today's world, energy is a very valuable resource that must be used responsibly and carefully. Therefore, the UniverCell website is available in an energy-saving version.
The brighter an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) panel shines, the more energy must flow through the individual subpixels. This also applies the other way around: Dark colors require significantly less energy in practice and depending on the display model.
Imagine an OEM that offers an innovative product with a competitive edge – let’s say a superfast sports car with superfast charging and a long range. With standard cells from the market, it most likely loses its competitive advantage. Developing own cells is difficult as well: The well-established partners are already fully engaged in mass production for the automakers. And this is precisely where we come into play.
Using our own R&D division as well as innovative technology, we quickly and efficiently develop a cell that meets the specified performance indicators. We share the intellectual property solely with the customer – and our local ramped-up production capacity allows bringing the product to market quickly. In short, our car manufacturers or other product companies are getting their own custom-made cell to boost the product performance – and thus sales.
