Logistics Team Lead (m/f/d)

UniverCell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the logistics team at both locations
• Managing and prioritizing operational processes in goods receipt, warehousing, and shipping
• Coordinating task allocation and supporting the team in daily operations
• Acting as the contact person for operational matters and as an interface to production, quality, and project management
• Monitoring ongoing orders and reporting relevant KPIs and deviations
• Conducting training sessions and maintaining process and training documentation
• Supporting the optimization and digitalization of logistics processes

• Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, materials management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in a production environment with international suppliers and customers
• Initial leadership experience or a strong willingness to take on a leadership role
• Knowledge of international transport and customs processes (road, air, and sea freight, import/export)
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to provide operational support and collaborate closely with internal interfaces and projects
