Maintenance Technician – Machinery and Building Services (m/f/d)

UniverCell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

Mechanical Tasks:
• Maintenance, repair, and optimization of machinery and building systems
• Inspection activities and documentation

Supportive & Project-Based Tasks:
• Construction or modification of equipment and operating tools (e.g. auxiliary devices, jigs/fixtures)
• Participation in optimization projects across various departments
• Support with site expansions, new installations, and commissioning of machinery and equipment
• Additionally, your responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and root cause analysis of technical issues
• Documentation of all maintenance, repair, and optimization activities
• Compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Contribution to continuous improvement processes (CIP)

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or relevant professional experience
• Electrical qualification is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong technical understanding and hands-on skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Team player with flexibility
• Strong sense of responsibility regarding occupational safety and quality
• Class B driver’s license required
• Forklift, crane, or aerial work platform certification is a plus
