Working Student (m/f/d) HR / Recruiting

UniverCell develops and produces electrodes and battery cells on lithium-ion technology in Germany and operates one of the largest electrode and cell production facilities in Europe fpr innovative premium applications. With everything we do, we make sustainable energy usable and develop highest-quality energy storage systems with innovative technology and maximum performance. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

• Active sourcing & applicant management
• Maintaining and publishing job postings
• Interview coordination & scheduling
• Preparing onboarding documents
• Supporting administrative HR tasks
• Assisting with HR projects depending on capacity

• Currently enrolled student, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruiting and HR topics
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
