Do you work in a structured, quality-conscious manner and attach great importance to accuracy? In our Human Resources department, you will combine structured work and process understanding with the responsible implementation of key employee issues.

UniverCell develops and produces electrodes and battery cells on lithium-ion technology in Germany and operates one of the largest electrode and cell production facilities in Europe fpr innovative premium applications. With everything we do, we make sustainable energy usable and develop highest-quality energy storage systems with innovative technology and maximum performance. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

Your responsibilities

• Managing HR administration – from drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, and reference letters to maintaining digital personnel files and monitoring relevant deadlines
• Responsibility for time tracking, reviewing working hours and bonuses, and serving as a contact person for administrative inquiries
• Handling preparatory payroll tasks and coordinating monthly with our external payroll provider
• Managing our internal benefits and supporting HR-related events such as work anniversaries, birthdays, and other organizational HR services
• Coordinating occupational health examinations, training sessions, and workwear, including administrative follow-up

Your Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an HR services specialist, industrial clerk, office management clerk, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in HR administration
• Experience working with HR software, ideally Personio
• Basic knowledge of preparatory payroll accounting
• Proficient in MS Office
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
• Service-oriented approach when interacting with employees and managers
• Willingness to actively contribute to developing administrative HR structures within a growing organization
