Project Manager (m/w/d)

UniverCell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. With everything we do, we make sustainable energy usable and develop highest-quality energy storage systems with innovative technology and maximum performance. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

• Independent planning and coordination of customer projects between customers, suppliers, internal R&D and production teams
• Creation of Gantt plans for project planning
• Monthly reporting of results to management/supervisors
• Supporting in the new technology and/or product development for customer projects
• Defining project milestones and work tasks
• Composing of detailed reports on project status with feedback collected from R&D and production
• Supporting the sales department in technical discussions with customers
• Evaluate new material suppliers on based on factors such as TRL, production capability, and cost effectiveness

• Completed at least Bachelor studies in the field of natural sciences (physics, chemistry) or material science, engineering, mechanical engineering or Business Administration
• Experience in agile project management
• Capable of communicating effectively via various medium with internal and external parties
• Fluent in German and English You are a generalist with a quick comprehension and decision-making skills, strong "hands-on" mentality, solution-oriented and proactive way of working
• You enjoy entrepreneurial thinking and have outstanding organizational skills
• Customer- and goal-oriented way of working, communicative, coordinative, self-reliant
• Capable of balancing multiple time-sensitive tasks with various parties
